CAP REVIVAL CARE LLC is duly licensed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (A.H.C.A.), Florida License #: 240593, to provide homemaker and companion services and is an approved provider for the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) and participates in the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Medicaid Waiver Program and the Developmental Disabilities (DD) Medicaid Waiver Program, pursuant to Florida statutes and APD rules and regulations. Our agency is located in Wimauma, Florida, and we proudly extend our services to the residents of the SUNCOAST Florida Region. At CAP REVIVAL CARE, we are dedicated to delivering thorough and exceptional in-home non-medical services. Our foremost priority is your comfort, safety, and well-being. Our team of caregivers, consisting of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and certified professionals, undergoes extensive training to accommodate the unique needs of individuals facing challenges such as Intellectual Disabilities, Hearing Impairment, Autism, ADHD, Physical Disabilities, Visual Impairments, Dementia, Alzheimer’s and or other cognitive impairments as well as companionship, personal support, and or respite care to individuals in need. We focus on understanding each client’s specific needs to provide personalized care that enhances their quality of life.
